Progress isn’t always made by pushing harder.
It’s created by learning when to pause,
when to listen,
and when to work with your body—not against it.
Your body already knows how to heal.
It just needs the right environment,
the right support,
and the space to recalibrate.

At Retreat Forward
Every session is designed with intention—
combining advanced, education-driven care with a deep respect for how the body actually works.
Meet Your Therapist
Kristen M. Pack
LMT, MLD-C, CPST, E-RYT500

Hi, I’m Kristen, the lead therapist at Retreat Forward. My path into healing work has been shaped by a deep curiosity about the human experience—how we move, feel, connect, and find our way back home to deeper sense of wholeness.
With a background in Education and a creative career as a professional photographer, I’ve always been drawn to the stories people carry. Over the years, that pull has guided me into more embodied forms of support. I love learning and consider myself a professional collector of certifications. I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), Manual Lymphatic Drainage Specialist, Certified Post-Surgical Therapist, Psychology/Trauma informed Yoga Instructor (E-RYT500), dedicated somatic practitioner trained in Somatic Experiencing, CranioSacral practitioner and certified in meditation.
At the heart of my work is a passion for helping people reconnect with a felt sense of being in their body. Whether it’s easing stress, navigating emotional patterns, or cultivating deeper, healthier relationships, I believe healing happens when we can gently come back to ourselves—body, mind, and spirit.
Through Retreat Forward, I offer a grounded, compassionate space for exploration and transformation. I’m honored to walk alongside others as they shift forward—one breath, one step, one moment at a time.
About
What to Expect at Your Session
Each session begins with a brief check-in to understand your current needs, goals, and how your body is presenting that day. From there, your session is thoughtfully tailored using a combination of techniques to support your desired outcome—whether that’s relief, regulation, or recovery.
This work is guided by the philosophy that the body and mind cannot be separated. Blending a Western understanding of the physical body with an Eastern awareness of the mind and nervous system, each session supports the two working in tandem. Treatment is applied with precision, at a pace that allows your body to respond and integrate, often leaving you feeling lighter, calmer, and more at ease.
